Getting started

Onboarding & account

2 sub-functions in this section.

Registration & login

Apply / OTP login with separate consultant auth keys (no customer collision). Splash at /consultant/start routes logged-in experts to Home.

User journey

  1. 1Open Consultant App from portal hub → Go to Consultant App.
  2. 2Complete apply or phone OTP login.
  3. 3Land on /consultant/home with presence bar + bottom nav.

KYC verification

Government ID, PAN/tax, address, selfie liveness. Statuses: pending / verified / rejected / expired. Annual renewal. Bank is configured separately under Profile / Bank.

User journey

  1. 1Initiate KYC after apply.
  2. 2Submit documents and liveness.
  3. 3Accept sessions and go live after verified + training.
